Professional and best services at all I suggested to go there

As we say in Arabic, MashaAllah the experience that I had with ToH is outstanding! From receptionist to the people who examined me (Ms Hala and Mr. Ous). I am still considering buying the hearing Aid, but thought to write this review because they deserve it especially after visiting 2 other places in AD.

The team are so professional and the Specialist Ms. Hala Al Azzam is really helpful and she explains everything in a very clear and detailed way. She is really good, friendly and professional.

I dont know where to start, it's an amazing facility, from the reception to the technicians and audiometry team. Massive thank you to Ms. Rana who really helped my father to get his first ever hearing aid and was very patient with him in adjusting it and doing several tests until the final outcome that he began to hear clearly and not annoyed or bothered with it. She's a true Gem. The reception team are highly qualified and they greet you in an exceptional way and handle the appointments professionally. I highly recommend this medical centre to anyone seeking professional treatment in hearing aids.

I have been a regular patient and will always be. All audiologists are experts in their area and a special shout out to Ms Rana who has been tremendously helpful, no words can describe her level of patience and the amount of time she has dedicated to treat my case and to handle my stress with kindness and support.
