I wanted to share my recent experience at Top Level Center. I had an appointment scheduled, and upon arrival, I registered and was promptly attended to by Dr. Bassant. She recommended that I undergo hijama treatment with Dr. Mushfira based on my health condition.nnI must commend the registration team and the doctors for their kindness and professionalism during my visit. The medical center is truly impressive, with ample free parking space available.nnI extend my sincere thanks to Top Level for their exceptional efforts.

It is my first time doing wet cupping - it’s so worth trying. Thanks to Dr. Mushfira who explained every step and passionately performed my session. The Dr and the Therapist are very professional and they really took care of me. All the staffs are friendly, professional and very accommodating. A Total body detox you should not miss. I felt really relaxed after and will definitely do it again in another month.nThis is also good for people having ailments. I suggest when you do it. to tell the Dr to do it in back and front.

Very comfortable place and very professional and Friendly staffnI had slimming sessions and it was a great experience and I lost 10 kilos of my weight. Also, with good follow-up from Dr. Imran and a great diet and advice that helped me lose weight.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Top level medical center due to their extremely poor appointment timings. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. This not only disrupted my entire schedule but also caused unnecessary, only to be disregarded and made to wait for an extended period. This lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the medical center's professionalism and commitment to patient care.

They don’t respect people’s time, I spend more than 2 hours EVERTIME I visit them. Naeema, the receptionist girl, she never says the truth, keeps saying 5 mins and the doctor will come and it never happens, I’ve been waiting in the treatment room for 45 mins waiting for the Doctor to come and keeps saying “5-10 mins and the doctor will come as the nurse is preparing..” up-to 45 mins till the doctor has arrived!! This is unprofessional. Bear in mind, my appointment was at 7pm and I came earlier than my appointment (6:45) and I finished after 2.5 hours!! Not to forget that the Amla cream effect was already gone and I was in pain while having the treatment. I dunno what to say really am sooo disappointed!!nPlease make sure to appoint a professional people to take the client/patient’s appointment rather than having someone that will ruin the medical center repetition after some point.nI will finish my package that unfortunately I have already paid for it and I don’t think i’ll be back again..
