Waited for 1 hour and 27 minutes to see the doctor. Patients without tokens just walk in to the Doctor's room . It's the worst service I have ever received in UAE.

If you come here they will do a test on you 3 times just to waste your time and the results never comes out.. come today come tomorrow.. do the test again.. they just want to be deducting money from your card and give u excuses.. if you have emergency don't go there . You will die out of negligence.. the doctors only give medication for what you complain nobody cares about the cause or inspect if you can get another.. treatment.

Excellent performance by pharmacy Staff. Attention to customer's queries and polite in communication, especially in advising the usage of prescribed medicines. Another aspect I observed, their communication with Patients was not only in English but Arabic , Hindu and pashtu as well.
I am thinking that i will not give any star to this branch. Very slow and illittrate behaviour of reception staff. Last night taken treatement and ask for sick leave but they said come tomorrow and leave here your token slip.Tommorrow i went and asking of sick leave paper,all staff is denying and saying we dont have any slip of yours.Then i saw my paper is kept on his desk.After it they have taken blood for test on same night and still yet did not tell me blood test report. During asking time simply reply come tomorrow,come tomorrow. They are not sure which on tomorrow. Very useless kind of activity receptionist is doing and Lab staff also even they are free but will not his work. Only one they know just wait i will call you.
