They scam peoplenThey ask you to pay 50K aed to priority book that is refundablenIt's been around 6 months and they haven't refunded me that is paid. They make the refund process difficult, and unclear and they don't acknowledge my email or real estate agent requests. To the response below, i called MAF and they took NO ACTION.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Tilal Al Ghaf. Their level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and they do not stick to their word. From the very beginning, it was nothing but empty promises and excuses. nThey'll tell you everything you want to hear until the moment you sign, and after that, you're on your own. There's no follow-up, no care for their customers, and definitely no sense of responsibility. It's as if they have no regard for the time, money, or expectations of their buyers. nWhat's worse is the lack of communication. Trying to get updates or answers is like pulling teeth. Every interaction leaves you feeling more frustrated and disheartened. For a development of this scale and supposed prestige, you'd expect at least a basic level of professionalism and honesty - but that's clearly too much to ask from Tilal Al Ghaf. nIf you're considering investing with them, I strongly advise you to think twice. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
