Thumbay Hospital – Multi-Specialty Doctors & Tests in Fujairah

My complaint is with regards to promotional messages with specified prices. We call to confirm and no one knows about the offer.then we get a call to go pay and then get an appointment another day. We go to book and they say that we should pay the offer price. Plus a consultation fee. So the promotional prices end up being more than the price you would usually pay for the procedure.

Really had a wonderful experience. The staff where really helpful and great doctors,nThe nurses really helped me through out and the front desk staffs where really helpful. I was really impressed by the services provided.

My recent experience at Thumbay Hospital Fujairah was profoundly disappointing. After paying for an orthopedic consultation with Dr. Mohamed Zakeer, we were instructed by him to get an x-ray. However, the doctor left the hospital right in front of our eyes without seeing us again, despite it being just a five-minute wait for the x-ray. This abandonment of duty is both unethical and a clear violation of the medical oath to prioritize patient care.nnUpon returning to the reception, the receptionist informed us that we could either wait until 5 PM or see a general doctor, even though it was only 2 PM at the time. When we refused to wait and requested a refund because we had paid for a specialist consultation, the receptionist responded by shouting at us instead of providing assistance.nnThis lack of professionalism, compassion, and respect for patients in pain is unacceptable. It is deeply troubling that a doctor would neglect their responsibility and that the receptionist would handle the situation with such hostility.nnI am writing this review to address these issues so that other patients will not have to face what we did. This will be our last visit to Thumbay Hospital, and I urge the hospital to take immediate action to restore trust and ensure that all patients receive the care and RESPECT they deserve.

Worst experience.Dont go for flue vaccines here.The prices on call are different then actual prices.We are paying double at the hospital than many hospitals in fujairah.

I had a fantastic experience at Thumbay hospital.The service was outstanding, and the staff, especially Mr. Shihab at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From managing bookings to swiftly handling insurance approvals, Mr. Shihab's assistance was invaluable. I highly recommend for their exceptional service and efficient staff.
