Heard a lot about this place, hence decided to visit last weekend and the kids did have fun with the amazing view and play area along with the ducks and peacock roaming around and a beautiful view of a small pond. It is indeed a great concept; a sustainable community where only electric buggies go around together with the cyclists. The community is a car-free zone, which in turn contributes to zero pollution from the community itself. We also saw an equestrian ground where people are getting trained for horse riding. nThe residents here are very friendly, and peaceful. The concept of sustainability is great altogether.

Conceptually is makes a lot of sense, not sure that in reality in the middle of dessert it actually works. nCar free with plenty of parking for residents, useful ring road and golf carts transport within the car free area and loading poles for electric vehicles. nDefinitely a place to check out on Friday afternoon for the market or to have a walk around with kids to visit the animal sanctuary and/or green areas. nGreat little restaurants dotted around the central square!nnBig equestrian zone and highly rated school within the community as well!
