I called and operator, She said doctor is accepting until 8pm so I drove all the way to hospital to find out from receptionist that doctor cannot accept after 5pm. Then receptionist send me down to talk to Superviser but the supervisor wasn’t there so I had find duty manger who was actually helpful and did act like a manger. He guided me to call customer support then after some time I was told I can go and see the doc. I was about to tell all my friends how horrible this hospital is but 1st floor duty manger and customer support operator did save the day for me after a bit hassle and stress. Doctor ok nurses were nice. Parking available. Bulding design and comfortability quite nice.
