I had a great experience with Darren after hurting my neck. He was very helpful in providing exercises to strengthen the muscles which could be done at home in addition to in-house treatment. The treatment was personalised and based on what I was comfortable with. Highly recommended!

The Physio Centre is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. Darren is an exceptional physio. He listens and ensures he explains everything in a way a non-physio can understand. He provides rehab, which is doable based on personal circumstances and therefore achievable to fix the issue. Seeing him on a Sunday is perfect for me. Having the convenience of a weekend appointment is exactly what I need.

I highly recommend this centre for any injury. I had an amazing and professional experience wih Darren. He listened carefully and helped me to 1st released the pain and muscles my body. Professional and friendly, making the session easy going to me. I Have been there again this year with a horrible back pain. Entered completely walking sideways. After 1hour left the cenre walking normally and pain free.

The Physio Centre was a recommendation from a colleague and my experience there did not disappoint! I originally worked with Allie who was fantastic. After nearly 6 months since I'd attended my first appointment, I was handed over to Darren who made the effort to send me a message and check in on how I was doing. He is a great physio and not only sees the physical but also your mental too. I found this to be very helpful as he allowed me to understand how it had been playing a big part in my overall physical health. As someone who travels a lot with work it can be hard to find good doctors as I am not in one place for too long. However, I left feeling great and that I'd not only been seen but heard. Now that I am not currently in Dubai, Darren has made the effort on many occasions to check in and see how I have been getting on with my exercises. I've genuinely seen the difference in my physical health which has motivated me even more to implant the exercises into my daily routine. Thank you to the team at The Physio centre and to Darren for the unwavering care and attention they provide to their patients.
