I'd give this place zero stars if I could, even though I have brought my pets here previously and have donated thousands of dirhams to rescues that are associated with them, including one that one of my very dear friend runs. I have a senior dog (12 years old) who has had difficulty breathing for the last few months and I have seen multiple vets with no cure. I called the clinic this evening when he was especially struggling to know if I should bring him in and wanted the opinion of a doctor or nurse. The receptionist was disgustingly rude and abhorrent to speak with and insinuated that she was doing me a favor by simply having a conversation with me while I was orating my dilemma apparently because it was after her working hours when she answered the phone and she was about to leave the office. I asked to get a medical professional to advise me on whether I should bring him in and she told me that she cannot guarantee that anybody can attend me even if I show up at the clinic .I know the owner of the clinic through mutual friends, and I know this is not the way he runs his business. Please have someone better operate your phone who can reassure pet parents that they are in good hands with the proper medical care especially when the clinic emphasizes on 24 hour emergency facilities. I will report this matter further.

I had an amazing experience at this pet grooming place! The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The ambience was calm and relaxing, which made my cats feel comfortable. The city vet clinic atnJVT and the other branches offers excellent care with knowledgeable doctors and an amazing staff. They are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, their prices are fair and transparent. Highly recommended
My cat has grooming done in city vet clinic today and I must say - she looks wonderful now. She never likes this kind of treatment and this makes her always really stressful that's why I appreciate even more great service and the people who stands behind it. Mr. Jason took great care of her which I'm truly grateful for. She got her hair cut and bath also nail clipping full grooming which was very needed. Very friendly environment and professional service. I want to also mention about Ann she was always assisting me with whatever I needed very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome and I'm sure the next visit will be even more enjoyable. Thank you
