I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Nurse Ashraf in oncology department for the exceptional care he provided to my wife during her battle with blood cancer. Ashraf went above and beyond in his duties, offering not just medical support but also emotional comfort that helped us navigate through this challenging period. His compassion and professionalism truly made us feel cared for, and he made us forget the crisis of cancer with his kindness and dedication. Ashraf is an angel, and we are forever thankful for his support and for Dr Arif thank you again sir for saving my family god bless you all we will never forget your support whole life we love you all

My mom is getting treated here and as we need to visit hospital on daily basis i have met and become friends with most of the staff members, some are really friendly and really well disciplined . THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Where as some are so mean and disrespectful , every tuesday we have appointment with Dr. And we are asked to come early morning like 7 whereas the other patients come according to their timing but bincy (nurse) let other patients who came after us meet doctor before us (only because they were from same nationality)even though we were first patient . In case if he was an emergency patient and need to see doctor at earliest i reckon the nurse had to excuse us or inform us as we are also patients with the same serious condition. Staff over here lacks communication,ethics and reallyy doesn’t know to work as a team they all are working just because they have to work i dont see any responsibility taken by anyone for anything. Atleast take responsibilities of your own profession.nnI would also add on that there are really some good staff in tomotherapy section they are very friendly and welll mannered they love what they are doing and thats the reason they never fail to proof themselves. Even The reception staff is very helpfull .

I dono much abt the oncology centre this is my second visit here....nfew staff friendly the others are so mean like they r being forced to work, or i dono WTH is wrong with them.... They dono where to guide u or wer to send u specially the guy wearing kandura in registration...nAlways serious face headset always on whenever som1 talks to him hes not replying or paying any attention.nThe African woman in the radiology always complaining there are no assistance with her to deal with the patient no technician lots of patients less labor no assistance 😑😑🤨🤨🤨😤😤😤👎👎👎
