After a lot of heart breaking experiences at various OT centres which proved to be clinical , commercial and mechanical, I landed at this centre which was refreshingly caring and personal with attention to what you are trying to convey. They get involved and they care about outcomes. They listen. It's not just a clinical time in / time out pay as u go. You will actually work together on a plan to help your child. It's already hard enough on people who are paying out of thier pockets. Pls understand that these treatments are not like running to a doctor to fix a flu. It's months or years of consistent work towards progress. So u need a place where you can feel heard. Where multiple issues can be discussed and addressed.
The team at Talking Brain is truly amazing! Karen, Joevana, and Reine have been incredibly cooperative and supportive throughout my son's therapy journey. They took such good care of him with genuine compassion and professionalism. He has now completed his therapy, and we're so proud of his progress. I highly recommend Talking Brain to anyone looking for a dedicated and expert team -- they truly make a difference!
