The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and professional, making me feel at ease right away. They explained everything clearly and took great care of me throughout the entire process. I had my laser hair reduction treatment with Nurse Bernadeth, and she was extremely professional and respectful throughout the session. Since the treatment involved exposing sensitive areas, I was initially very nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable by maintaining dignity and care. She explained all the dos and don'ts clearly and kept checking if I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole process smooth and reassuring.
