      I would like to share the horrific service provided. Firstly we had asked for multivitamin as per the prescription and the lady pharmacist said same is not available and recommend to gi for another brand which we said no. Secondly when we showed the sample of syringe, the pharmacist immediately denied our request stating that same needs to be bought from the hospital only as they do not keep syringes. Now the most interesting part comes like the moment we stepped out of the store we checked the availability of the disposable syringes and found that same are available on the APP and we ordered the same through online and the product will be delivered from the same store itself. We immediately went back to the store and showed the store Manager Mr. JASEM that the same product is available online then why our request was denied. nWorst part is we received a call from the store later and they asked for the prescription. What the hell is wrong with these people!!nnThis is clearly evident that the store manager PURPOSELY tried to stop our online order just to satisfy his EGO and did not bothered about the patient requirement. nReally really horrible experience.

      Update on 25th Jan,nnGot a call from Suhail to apologies and promise to improve the service... I liked the approach. I will try couple of more times to see they can walk the talk. nOriginalnUnfortunately, no 0 star option... we were very regular customer due to location and response on whatsapp but not anymore. nMy wife got diagnosed with influenza and needed medicine urgently. Ordered around 6 pm and then requested for influenza report which i gave it to them around 8 pm. Later i followed constantly till 10 pm, response was under approval from insurance. Got fed up and called insurance company to expedite approval, that's where came to know that report has not been submitted. Requested again to life to send report and now within 10 mins, everything is approved. Requested to deliver but to my surprise, they asked for 1 hr where i can reach there in 4 mins on foot.. I went for collection my self. nNo more order from Life pharmacy...

      I had a terrible experience with Life Pharmacy. They promised delivery within 60 to 90 minutes, but after numerous follow-ups, I was told my order was still in the pharmacy, with no clear explanation of why it wasn't delivered on time. This isn't the first time this has happened - it's always the same, with false commitments and zero accountability. Medical emergencies should always be prioritized, but it feels like they don't care. If they can't handle orders within the promised timeframe, they should stop taking them. At this point, ordering from them feels like it takes an entire day just to get something done. Totally unreliable and frustrating!
