The ambiance at Sumi Skin is cozy, aesthetic, and instantly relaxing. Also, I think what stood out the most was the hygiene and modern equipment, the place was so clean and neat; you can tell that hygiene and order are top priorities here. The staff, both Lovelyn and Jamaica are absolute gems. Everyone I interacted with, from the receptionist to the clinical team, was very friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. Lovelyn took the time to explain every step, answer all my questions patiently, and ensure I felt comfortable and respected throughout my entire visit. Jamaica assisted me in the payment process and had put in extra mile to personally register my third party payment. Their professionalism is matched only by their delightful demeanor and skills. I booked a simple hydra facial, but convincingly did some treatments as well that is suited to my skin and the results were amazing. My skin texture (forehead) has improved noticeably and it looks brighter and more even-toned. Lovelyn was so skilled, making the treatment both effective and surprisingly relaxing. Most importantly, I got lots of freebies too and a very refreshing tea! I highly recommend Sumi Skin, it truly is a hidden gem!

My entire experience at Sumi Skin has been amazing so far. The entire team is very professional and all my facials have been very relaxing and beneficial. This place is magical! You come for a facial treatment and end up getting a treatment for your soul as well! Today Kwang with her angelic fingers gave my skin the best treatment and relaxation. I appreciate all the ladies in Sumi skin as usual they are very accommodating and friendly. Hygiene is immaculate and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing. I have the most sensitive skin but I didnt need to say anything Kwan knew her way around it and took very good care of me! I appreciate it! Thank Kwang and thank you team Sumi skin.

Would visit again :) Me and 3 family members went to Sumi Skin. I did a Madero lymphatic body drainage massage with Lovelyn, and my family did 2 x Madero Facial treatments with Daniza and Gemma and 1 x Centella Infusion with Florena. All my family members left raving about their treatments. What I especially like about this spot is that it's a clinic turned spa, and my therapist was licensed with DHA - so they know what they are about. Jamaica at reception was lovely, inviting, informative and patient with 4 boisterous ladies and our many questions. We went in booking 4 treatments, and left with a subscription to 15 more treatments. As I said, would visit again :)

I had a facial treatment with Kwang and it was amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her services!
