Zero percent acceptance of emergency case with pain from starting entrance insurance was the most important thing for every staff... Even after giving insurance details reception staff doesn't know which insurance it is and he said to my husband we dont know anything we don't have insurance system and they registered as cash...sorry to say emergency is not emergency anymore for them
