As a health care professional I understand the challenges better in dealing with patients so if I am commenting here publicly - I would want star key to take my review seriously !nI have had very bad experience- as a healthcare professional I would go an extra mile to help my patientsnnPoor communication - deleting messages - and then covering up saying they are very helpful and are trying to help where as on asking g anything they say it's not possible -nVery arrogant approach- talking over Patient and convincing they are right - not adjusting to any request- how do you really help your patients star key ????nnI would be very worried to send my patients or my family member back to them .
