  I have only had 2 sessions with Dr Ali and he's managed to fix a problem which wasn't shifting for a number of months in my mid spine. Dr Ali was super professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right away. I have seen other chiropractors both in the UK and Dubai and there is no comparison. Would go back and yes, would definitely recommend

  It's hard to know where to start. Firstly your in good hands before you even arrive. Once your appointment is booked you are sent details of how to get there along with a lot of other valuable information. On arrival the staff are very nice and accommodating. You are greeted and shown around the facility. The doctor will discuss your problem and make sure he is aware of exactly what is going on with your body before ever taking any action. This includes thermal scan and X-ray if required. Treatment is all explained before it is carried out. At no time do you feel like your not fully aware of what the treatment will entail or why it is being given. The whole atmosphere is friendly and professional. I limped in unable to tie my shoes as couldn't bend. I walked out able to bend and tie my shoes. Most of all I walked. The doctor is also something of an educator who will take time to ensure you understand how your body works hand how best to keep it working as it should. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Spinal Health Centre. Even if you don't have a condition your aware of, book a consultation you won't regret it and your spine will thank you.

  Since starting my care at the Spinal Health Centre, the improvements in both my running training and recovery have been truly transformative. I used to struggle with frequent injuries and long recovery times whenever I pushed myself beyond my limits or used improper posture. Sometimes, it felt like I had to take extended breaks just to heal. But now, thanks to your expert care, I can push harder than ever before without the fear of setbacks. Whether it's running or lifting heavier weights in the gym, I'm able to train with more intensity and recover far quicker. nWhat has been especially beneficial, considering the extra demands on my knees as I prepare for my first triathlon, is the non-surgical knee decompression treatment. This has significantly improved my overall knee health. I've noticed how it has increased the cushioning on my menisci and helped provide natural nutrition to the area by normalising my alignment. My knees feel stronger, more stable, and capable of handling the increased workload, which has made all the difference in my training. nThe care I've received here has completely changed the way I approach fitness.   So far in the last 10 to 12 days of my exercises, and experience with Dr Sharik Ali's diagnosis, I have a feeling of satisfaction that I am in the right place and in good hands for the pain condition I have been suffering in my neck and shoulder area for quite some time, which has improved to my great relief. I have come to my normal movements of my daily routine without having frequent concerning thoughts on the root cause of the pain, which I feel Dr Sharik has rightly diagnosed. The treatment which is still undergoing is on the right track as I am experiencing improvement day by day.
