First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Zeerak Hussain who has recommended visiting Dr. Sharik Ali (Spinal Clinic, Dubai) and certainly! Ms. Rabia who has performed the therapy sessions. nI was struggling to recover from Shoulder/Neck & Lower back pain for some time and couldn't find an effective treatment. Since I began L-4 laser therapy and rehab exercises at SHC, HCC, Dubai with Ms. Rabia, an exceptional therapist with a profound understanding of her field, I've experienced significant relief. Her approach incorporates various therapy techniques and targeted exercises that have helped reduce my pain and enhance my mobility. nAfter completing the therapy sessions, I've noticed improved blood flow and a healthier nervous system, and most importantly, my shoulder pain has almost negligible, neck and lower back pain has decreased significantly. Came to Dubai on holidays, had persistent back pains for 8 years plus the doctors at home in Estonia have said they cant find anything wrong, so i have lived with this pain. On my first day here in Dubai my back failed and I was not able to walk, We were recommend to go to the Spinal Clinic. I came in and they started treatment right away. I will do a 4 day programme and the relief I have after the third day is amazing, I am able to walk with ease not major restrictions. nI now know I can have a normal life, again return to the gym and finally lose the weight. nThank you so much to the entire team.

The time I came yesterday I had a neck discomfort as well as pain in the lower back. This had been ongoing for a few months. I believe this has been one of the best decisions! From day one my neck pain has been relieved and the back pain has been considerably reduced as well. I believe the one thing that stands apart is the specialised deep tissue warm laser treatment. I immediately felt it rejuvenates the muscles and I felt instant relief. This laser combined with the doctors treatment gave me immediate relief.
