This review isn't related with the services because i did facials, laser, and treatments and more. However this is about the management.. waited outside for someone to open the parking gate then the parking metal for over 10 mins in the 4pm heat. Waited half an hour to get to my laser then the nurse took me to a room with a patient doing her laser which was embarrassing for the both of us. Such a shame though they offer good treatments i just HATE the management. Not easy at all to walk in and get to my appointment straight.
The consultation with the doctor was good but not worth the price, yet the nurses that are supposed to prick the needle for NAD IV are unprofessional, they used the same gloves that they opened the door with and touched multiple items in the room with, also she dropped the needle on the floor and picked it up touching the floor with the same glove! Then she kept entering the needle in multiple places until the vein became swollen. I was extremely disappointed in my experience. They then asked us to wait for a more experienced nurse to do it, why didn't that happen from the beginning.
