I hardly leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves a detailed one. I initially came in for laser, which went fine, so I decided to try lip rejuvenation. Big mistake. I ended up with bruises, scars, and an uneven shape last year. A year later (because getting an appointment is nearly impossible), I returned for my final laser session and decided to give the lips another shot--this time, no bruises, but still Uneven shape. nThe doctor is skilled but clearly under pressure from management. The real issue is the aggressive upselling--the sales rep literally chased me into the washroom trying to sell more services. I bought a 5-service package, but the therapist later told me half of the services u201caren't needed.u201d Then why were they sold to me?nnDuring treatments, products were used so sparingly and stingily you'd think they were gold-infused and she got them from Mars. The therapist was more focused on telling me how unhappy she is at work and how she plans to leave soon--I was not exactly relaxing. At checkout, I was told she used LED instead of what was promised, so the u201camount evens out.u201d I have a better LED setup at home, thanks. nThen came the push for dermapen + exosomes. The sales pitch: u201cYou need this.u201dnDoctor: u201cYou don't really need it, but it's good for you.u201dnI specifically asked if injections were involved because I had to travel and couldn't afford a red, irritated face. I was told u201cNo injections.u201dnOf course, midway through the procedure--surprise! injections. By then, I'd already paid. nWorst part? The dermapen was done so unevenly. Just patches of redness, no proper coverage--definitely not what I've seen others experience. The products were hardly used. And I had an important work session the very next day. nBottom line: Stop lying to sell. Be transparent, professional, and stop treating patients like walking wallets and inform them properly. nLastly the Males just walks in everywhere in the clinic without any notice. Not good for Hijabi ladies.

i came to this clinic to get my lips done and i also got a 5 in 1 facial. my experience was honestly amazing. dr jawaher did my lips and she has such soft hands i could barely feel it and the results were to my liking. thanks to nessrine she helped me through my whole process in the clinic.
