I never seen such a non professional company. Initially booked at 1:30, I've received a message at 1:30 to inform that the professional would arrive at 3:30, I've informed that this is the latest I could do. 4:30 no one came. If the lady over the phone knew how to do her job, she would just explain that they cannot make it and I would have called another professional, instead of keeping me waiting for them to never come.
