I recently had a wisdom tooth removal from Shifa Al Jazeera (Ajman Branch). The dentist who treated me was Dr.Anand Unnikrishnan. nThe surgical process was really complicated and the doctor really eased the procedure providing at most care and making sure the patient doesn't get any pain. nReally Hats off to the doctor.

I recently visited Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre , and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The reception team was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. nThe doctors and nurses were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were patient, listened to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The level of personalized care I received was outstanding, and I truly felt that my health and well-being were their top priorities.

Disgusted by the experience i had with them. Had to spend 3 hours for a GP Checkup, doc didn't seem interested in patients & prioritize her phone calls, snack breaks and what not. nIts been over 26 hours & I'm still waiting for my Blood Test reports which were supposed to be sent on Whatsapp within 45 minutes. Operator on phone again is from another universe itself.... nPoor, very poor Medical Center.....
I visited the hospital randomly and spoke to Mr. Mohammed Sabith at the reception as my first contact. nMr Sabith made it very easy with his professionalism and good client manner. nAt the lab, I was attended by Ms Mushahlra & Mr Nishad Ali, both very sweet and made me VIP at the lab. nOverall, i found the hospital clean and very well trained staff.
