  Very bad We had a very disappointing and shocking experience at Sheikh Tanoom Hospital on June 15, 2025. We arrived at 12:30 AM by ambulance with a medical emergency--the patient had a high fever of 40u00b0C. Despite the critical condition, we waited over 40 minutes with no action or treatment. nFinally, the staff informed us that the insurance was not accepted and asked us to leave and go to another hospital--without offering any urgent care or even basic attention. nThis is unacceptable behavior, especially from a government hospital in the UAE. It was heartbreaking to see the patient left lying on the bed, untreated, and then sent out to the street in such a vulnerable condition. nThe staff kept saying they were helpless. I've never faced such a terrible hospital experience in my life. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

  Im going to share my review after staying for 12 days in the hospital in department of internal medicine, it was a great experience, great nurses who care about patient care and needs and they're so good and cute they always treat us with kindness and a smile on their faces , great hospitality, great doctors and everyone cares about the patient so much and thats a thing we don't see in many hospitals, amazing food quality & the place it self is very beautiful and you have so many amazing places to spend time in for adults and kids , cafes and vending machines are just amazing and the hospital is so clean and neat so as the rooms the cleaners are there all the time they satisfied me in every way i can only say this place is 10/10 i would recommend getting treated there to anyone i never saw a hospital where they care about their patients that much and i would like to thank the nurses , doctors, security, cleaners literally everyone for making my experience with them perfect hopefully they stay this way i would choose this hospital again .
