The team handles every situation with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for making sure patients feel comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. nA special shout-out to Ms. Dana shoutout her warm and calming presence always stands out. She has a real gift for making people feel heard and supported, and it shows in every interaction.   I was admitted to SSMC on April 15th due to an MS attack, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the nursing staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable, well-informed, and at ease. nA special thank you to Nurses Billie, Nancy, Mariam, Ihab, and many others whose dedication and kindness made a challenging time so much easier for me. They constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well and that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their compassion truly made a difference. nAfter steroids and IVIG treatments did not resolve the inflammation, I had to undergo plasma exchange therapy. Nurse Anumol Raju was exceptional during each session. She consistently prioritized my safety and comfort, checking on me thoroughly throughout the approximately five-hour treatments and providing reassurance and professional care every step of the way. nI am also incredibly thankful to Dr. Joseph, who carefully assessed my condition, provided the right treatment plan, and has been instrumental in my recovery and ongoing care. nThe entire team on Block D, Level 6 at SSMC showed outstanding professionalism, empathy, and expertise. I feel truly fortunate and grateful to have been cared for by such an amazing team. nThank you, SSMC, for turning a difficult time into a manageable and positive healing journey.

  The building of Shakhboot Medical City is stunning -- clean, modern, and feels like a 5-star hotel. But the system inside? A whole different story. You come early for your appointment, wait... and wait... and wait some more. Not on time, not an hour later, not even after an hour and a quarter. I ended up leaving without even seeing the doctor. nAnd I'm pretty sure they'll call me later and ask, u201cWhere are you?u201d -- classic. nNo one gives you the same information. Every step, you have to double-check. From the call center, to reception, to nurses, to the doctors -- it's like each one works in a different hospital. Even the parking system feels random. nHonestly, I've been to a tiny clinic in Al Bahia, and their system was smoother and more organized than here. nThe staff are respectful and I believe they're doing their best -- but the place needs proper management and structure. For now, I'll try to avoid it unless it really improves in the future.

  Yeaser Ylarde is a very friendly and supportive staff of SSMC radiation department. He greet the patients with a big smile. He deserved to be rewarded in his effort.
