Bad experience, base on 2 time visit, staff not listing, no information and not helping. As per call center flu vaccine free for child below 2 years and students but they are not ready to listen. I pay and asking for reimbursement form for insurance claim but not providing.

Very bad customer service, i called them to inquire about moh license but i think they didn't understand my question and was replying back very rudely. I think they should keep someone for english as well so that it will be easy for us to communicate

Today was my day for the flu vaccine.. I went with a lot of fear .. but thanks to the lovely staff ..Maha.. Abrah and Ahmed Abul Rahman made me feel so comfortable and get the steps of movement to different rooms with escort..Manal Jumma the nurse was so professional that the prick was done in a blink.. with zero psin .. anazing cheerful nurse ..Was given a glass of water at the end by Ahmed again ..MaShaAllah Alhamdolillah Alhamdolillah.. thanks to Sharjah government..Bless the Sheikh ..MaShaAllah MaShaAllah
