After my Little Socks got in a fight with the big boys, they visited him at midnight to make sure that he is ok. They arrived 40minutes after my call, ready for anything... super pro team, cannot recommend them enough :)

Very bad services , organisation doesn't care about the horse after it's been released from the hospital, don't expect follow ups on your horse after it's returned to you , no support no advised ... am very disappointed after paying heavy bill to be treated this way...

I have mixed feelings here. On one hand, I dealt with really good doctors. On the other hand, I have been bullied by the finance department even though I make the payment on time. And then you have no one to complain to. So as an Arab female, I feel I have been humiliated by a random man who would just call and tell me decisions that apparently are imposed only to me as an Arab female but not Europeans who own horses (as per my friends who had horses treated by them also). I do however believe the doctors are qualified and I appreciate the surgeon who had to operate on my boy and was honest about how I had to let him go. What I don't appreciate is the bullying so I wouldn't recommend as a customer experience but if you are a European maybe it would be a better experience for you.
