“Sharaf DG forcibly canceled my valid order and mistakenly delivered the one I had already canceled. There was no delivery note or order details provided at the time of delivery. Since the purchased and canceled orders were of the same brand and model, I assumed it was the correct one and confirmed receipt and installation. Later, I received an email informing me that they had sent the wrong order. However, they refused to take responsibility, did not allow a return, and even forcibly canceled my valid order, making me keep the higher-priced one. On top of that, the additional items that were supposed to come with the higher-priced order were not provided. When I requested a refund for the price difference, they refused. Why should customers bear the consequences of their mistake?”
Very bad experience with changing my screen protector. They made me pay the life repair contract and promised to repair at anytime. But I went today and I had to wait for one hour and come back to fund out that the person in charge left and he is the only one to do it. Very unprofessional. You go there ou waste your time waiting and nothing done. This is Shraf DG Mirdif City Center.
