Good day, I would like to suggest that all of the medical consumables needed to renew should have a different staff or doctor to handle because as far as I noticed we have to wait for more than 2 hours just to see the doctor for just a piece of paper.It took time for us specially we our using our rest day off. once in the hospital we are treated as one should be and more but once out of the hospital and you have any qs. your concerns are not heard. there is a traige nurses number but they rarely respond and calls they dont attend. so if you have any concern either u ll ha e to wait for ur appointment or drive to the hospital and try ur luck. apart from this i believe hospital staf is very caring and co-operative. God bless them all

Hi goodafternoon,one thing i share my bad experience regarding in pharmacy department in OPD,one pharmacist guy i want to complain him for not giving the medicine(ferrous)he told me that this medicine is not available here in twam when i go to pharmacy emergency the lady pharmacist said HAVE so this pharmacist guy is lying...pls give orientation to this pharmacist guy

I am disappointed with the treatment I received during my occupational health registration. The process was not only unorganized but also lacked the professionalism and courtesy one would expect. I believe there are significant areas for improvement in how patients are managed and communicated with. I hope future experiences can be handled with more respect and efficiency.
