I've had a disappointing experience with this hospital, especially when it comes to time management. Appointments are rarely honored on time patients are often left waiting for hours with no proper communication or updates. There's a serious lack of follow-up after visits, and appointments seem to be overbooked without consideration for people's time. It feels like the scheduling system is more focused on quantity than quality of care. I hope the administration takes these issues seriously and works on improving their scheduling and follow-up processes.

Her support, care, and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. nDr. Anna John George was not only there during all my check-ups, but she was also present in the labour room, providing me with incredible emotional and medical support when I needed it most. Even after my delivery, she came personally to check on me, which truly meant a lot. nShe is compassionate, patient, and always takes time to explain things clearly. I always felt safe, heard, and well cared for under her guidance.
