Have pre booked the visit with paediatrician for 7:15 pm on 17 Oct. reached the hospital at 6:30pm and took token by 6:45. After waiting 2 hours (when I write this) still Iu2019m not able to see the doctor. Ao decided to call the customer care and let them know about the case. They were least bothered about it. In short, there is no use of pre-booking the visit. You will have to wait until irrespective of your booking. Better to prefer private hospitals as at-least their customer care executives will take care of patients complaints";.

I stayed for 7 days so far as an attendant to my father due to a sudden worsening of his symptoms. nHe has made a wonderful recovery during this timeframe due to the diligence of the nurses and doctors around him, and their determination to care for him the best they can. nThe nurses have been incredibly kind to my father and have ensured him to have a positive outlook while at the hospital. Some of these kind nurses in Ward C include Animol, Maha, Analynn, Rommel, Raseena, Dhanya, Turka, Vindujah, Jenne, Priya Santhosh, Kevin, Shayma, Mary Tess, Algy, Cindy, Horace, and Gary. I remember their kindness, patience, and devotion towards my father and I very well. (Zoren too, he is an RT and notably kind as well.)nnHousekeeping staff like Orita and Dulma clean rooms everyday, and also on request. So cleanliness here is highly valued too. No pests, bugs, or insects were seen anywhere, and the place looks spotless. Additionally, Catering staff like Ranjita and Absara also deliver food to the patient directly, and are super kind. nThe doctors, Hala, Abdulraheem, Muhammad, and Naila have also been wonderful in switching between medicine combinations to try finding the right one for my father, and have also been honest yet optimistic with updates on his health. The doctors here are experts, and constantly look for the newest solutions to any complications my father had. nThey don't stick to medicine combinations if they don't work, instead adapting to the circumstances and giving my father new meds. An example is their incredible job managing my father's BP and oxygen levels. nFor the oxygen, they gave my father a breathing exercise machine for improved lung capacity, oxygen masks when needed, and even helped to empty all the water out of his lungs so he can breathe better. And for the BP, they found the perfect combination of medicines after just a couple days to keep his BP down to normal levels and away from hypertension status. nThe rooms are of great quality, are moderately spacious, are cleaned daily, are insect free, and contain amenities such as spare outlets, a mini-fridge, a closet, and a TV for the leisure of their patients and attendants. nThey also have a relatively cheap Cafeteria in the main entrance, and they have a generous policy where all food ordered by a patient is completely free. nAttendants such as me still have to pay for food in the cafeteria, however, so I recommend taking your wallet with you in order to purchase meals for yourself. Keep this in mind if you need to attend to someone in your family for an extended period of time. nAs for the meals, the specials (available from 12 AM to 4 PM) are incredibly delicious and the ready made meals are also of good quality. The ready-made cafeteria meals have way more time flexibility, as you can order them at anytime from 8 AM till 8 PM (12 hours) compared to the specials lasting 4 hours. nFor the ready made meals, I enjoy the Chicken Tikka sandwich, and for special there was a delicious rice and chicken dish available that I recommend. Prices range from 10-20 AED on Cafu00e9 meals, and 1-3 AED for drinks. (For example 200 ml of fresh full-fat milk is 3 AED)nnAdditionally, a trolley comes at the times of 8 AM and 8 PM, selling snacks, tea, and pastries for very cheap prices. Items generally are around 1-3 AED each. nOverall, Al Rahba hospital has an incredibly kind staff of nurses and doctors, great hospitality for both parients and attendants, and even wonderful amenities and Cafu00e9's. I give 5 stars to this hospital, and I highly recommend it based on my father and I's positive experiences here!

After spending 2weeks at this hospital, I am genuinely impressed and grateful for the exceptional care I received. The nursing staff, including kuya Rommel, ate Leslie, Christian, Mohammed, Horris, and many others, provided attentive and compassionate care throughout my stay. They truly made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The doctors, dietitian, and cleaning staff were all equally friendly and professional, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. nThe hospital environment was welcoming and clean, contributing to my overall comfort. Even the food surpassed my expectations, offering a variety of tasty and nutritious options that made me look forward to every meal. nOverall, my experience was highly positive, and I am thankful to everyone who contributed to my care. If you're looking for a hospital with dedicated staff and excellent facilities, I highly recommend this one.

My family and I visited Al Rahba hospital yesterday, our first time to be there. I find the hospital very neat and organized. Facilities are superb, above all the staff are great! Shout out to Ms. Mary, the charge nurse, she assisted us all through the process, very knowledgeable and attentive. As well as nurse Noha, she is so friendly to my daughter who was so scared of the vaccine but makes her feel at ease, even the guard at the entrance knows to guide newly visitors, Registration is quick, and we are done in less than one hour. Thank you Al Rahba!

I attended by appointment at the Occupational Health Clinic at 12:00 on Sunday, October 6, 2024. I arrived before the scheduled time and had the following observations: The presence of a security officer and his failure to direct me to use personal registration. The receptionist did not know what the code and number on the registration ticket meant. The registration numbers were not adhered to, as the employee at counter No. 6 received a patient and registered someone who had arrived after I had arrived and did not adhere to the sequence of numbers. The registration was delayed for about 40 minutes, despite the presence of 3 patients waiting. Some employees did not adhere to the official uniform, showing their work card and placing it in the appropriate place. I thank the patient affairs staff for their cooperation, and I thank the treating physician and nursing staff for their good treatment and cooperation.
