My favorite clinic! They are amazing — from laser and Botox to facials and more. Everything is beyond perfect. The team is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Manal Sedrak is fantastic; she is incredibly professional, and her work always gives beautiful results. I’m definitely their client forever 🤍.

I really like this clinic! It’s very clean and well-maintained. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. My laser technician, Heidi, was amazing, gentle, and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality laser treatments.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sedrak Clinic. I went in to inquire about laser treatment and I offered to pay 500 AED in advance, which I did in good faith, trusting that I was dealing with professionals. However, I was not given any receipt, which should have been a red flag. Due to personal reasons—being a mother with young children—I had to reschedule twice. I later learned that doing laser after sun exposure can be dangerous and may cause deep burns, so I decided it was not the right time for the treatment. I politely asked for my money back since no service was provided, but the clinic simply said “no refunds,” with no explanation or empathy. It is completely unfair and unethical to take a client’s money, offer no receipt, provide no service, and then refuse a refund. I left feeling mistreated and disappointed. I trusted this clinic, and they did not act with professionalism or integrity. Nouhaila

It happened I passed by to this clinic and had my beard done, it was perfectly and accurately done by professional nurse. Straight away I booked for package and booked for the next appointment. Definitely worth to suggest to come to this clinic. Receptionist smart, friendly, nice. The clinic is very clean also.
