Today I've visited doctor DR. HOMAIRA MANSURYnSpecialist Obstetric & Gynecologist At the Saudi German Hospital. I recently had my first appointment with her and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As someone who was nervous about visiting the gynecologist made me feel at ease right away. She was warm, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really helped calm my nerves. Her nurse was also welcoming and efficient, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I'm very grateful for the positive experience and feel confident moving forward with her as my gynecologist. I Highly recommend for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor!

From day one until the moment I delivered my baby girl, everything went smoothly thanks to Dr. Dalia. She always recommended what was best for both me and my baby, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Although I initially planned for a natural delivery, a few weeks before my due date, my baby changed position. Dr. Dalia was incredibly supportive and guided me through steps to help reposition the baby -- and it worked!nnDr. Dalia is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly loving, caring, and sweet. Extremely unprofessional service and discriminatory treatmentnI had a terrible experience at this hospital on June 6th, 2025. Two major issues:nDoctor negligence: The ultrasound doctor was still absent at 10:05 AM despite my 10:00 AM appointment. As the first scheduled patient, I was left waiting while having time-sensitive blood glucose tests that required strict timing. This unprofessional tardiness severely disrupted my medical schedule. Racial discrimination by reception staff: The female receptionist at the Radiology Department showed clear racial bias. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, she told me to wait until 10:00 AM. At 10:05 AM, with the doctor still absent and me needing to apply pressure to my blood draw site, she refused to call and inquire about the doctor's whereabouts. However, when a patient of different ethnicity arrived, she immediately made phone calls to locate staff. This discriminatory treatment is absolutely unacceptable. The hospital needs to address staff punctuality and eliminate discriminatory behavior. I strongly recommend management take immediate action. This is the worst medical experience I have ever had in my life so far. I hope the doctors at this hospital receive the same level of service when they need medical care themselves!
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Sanjay Vodela and the team at Saudi German Hospital for the amazing care they gave my grandad during his recent cataract surgery. Dr. Sanjay was extremely professional, calm, and reassuring throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and treated my grandad with a lot of patience and care. The surgery was a big success, and the improvement in his vision has been incredible. nWe also want to give a special mention to Nurse Chandrika, who was always kind, attentive, and supportive during our visits. nEarlier, my grandad had also undergone angioplasty with Dr. Anil Bansal, and that too went very smoothly. Both doctors did a fantastic job, and we're truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. nHighly recommended hospital and staff!
