I would give Saudi German Hospital Ajman a 3.5 out of 5. The hospital is large, has all the necessary departments and facilities, making it a solid option for various medical needs. The location is also convenient. nHowever, the emergency section is always very busy, and you can end up spending a lot of time waiting due to a shortage of staff and beds to accommodate all patients. Once you're admitted, though, the care is good, and the staff is attentive. nI believe the issue with the busy emergency department might improve now that they've limited the insurance companies they work with, removing some major ones. This could help manage the patient traffic better moving forward.

I took an appointment and was placed on the waiting list. I was informed that if no one showed up or if someone arrived late, I would be able to register. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but surprisingly, no one showed up for registration, and neither did the doctor start working at that time. Everyone had to wait for an hour for the doctor to begin. And every time I asked the nurse when the doctor will come she is telling me 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely I will not come back to the hospital where the waiting time for the doctor to start her duty is one hour and the waiting time for the pharmacy is another one hour.

That is customer service at their best, Initially i had a negative review but thanks to amazing customer service team who called me multiple times and showed me that why Saudi german is one of the best hospitals and they do care for your like a family. nHighly recommended for your treatment the doctor and every support staff make sure you feel better and guide you properly and super impressed with their customer service that their ultimate goal is customer/patient satisfaction.
