Saudi German Clinic, Sports City

Since 17th may I have been really ill with severe throat infection, went to different doctors and it is still not getting better. I finally went to Saudi German Clinic in Damac Hills, was with the most amazing doctor I have ever encountered in my 12years in Dubai, Dr Lucia who so patiently listened and throughly checked on me. I did my follow up in Saudi German Clinic in Sport City a week later, Dr Lucia insisted on further tests, blood test which then I know my infection level is high and acid reflux that causes my infection to prolong than the usual situation. And my job is to speak 😂. Under her care, I gradually got better and my voice is now almost back. Thank you for your patience and empathy

Saturday morning I walked into the Saudi German Clinic in Sports City on a whim. I have been feeling under the weather for a few days, and asked if a doctor is on duty. Dr Lucia was the attending family doctor, and she asked me a few questions, sent me for an ECG, and upon seeing it, advised me to immediately consult a cardiologist.nnI opted to go to Rashid Hospital, and when I walked into the emergency ward, they took one look at the ECG and immediately admitted me. I suffered from arrhythmia, and my heart was pounding at 170bpm+ for over 48 hours already.nnI was discharged today (Tuesday) completely fine. With the quick action from Dr Lucia, followed up by the actions of the amazing staff at Rashid Hospital, they managed to not only prevent imminent heart failure, but to restore my heart's natural rhythm.nnDuring this time, she called me 3 times to find out (first of all) if I got help in time, and how am I doing. These actions simply go beyond business practice. This is what being a real doctor is all about. Even though I did not opt to go to the cardiologist at Saudi German Clinic, she still cared enough about me as a human being.nnWithout Dr Lucia's quick action and support, I might not have been around to type this testimonial. She is truly an asset to the clinic, her profession, and humanity.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Dr Lucia and the nurses at Saudi German for getting back to health. I was very sick and she made me feel very comfortable with regular phone calls to check up on me. She went above and beyond other doctors I have dealt with before. All the staff were great and helped me back to health. Thank you!

Visited Saudi German Clinics at Dubai Sports city and was quite satisfied with all of their services. Everyone attended very professionally and there was no delay in getting the medical treatment required. Special thanks to Dr Lucia and Muhammad for treating us with such care and providing best medical attention throughout. Feeling much better. 10/10 👍🏻

I had the best experience ever at this clinic. The team were so kind and welcoming. Doctor Lucia was just amazing! She was so easy to talk to and she made me feel very comfortable. I think I found my go-do doc going forward.
