I had a wonderful and pleasant experience here. All the doctors are extremely nice and welcoming and the clinic has a good ambience. I had my treatment with Dr Sarala ma'am, she was very kind and took her time to explain and discuss the problem and treated me very gently and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

On drilling 15 minutes in to removing my wisdom tooth, Dr Radhakrishnan said it won't be possible to remove it, as my pain was tremendous. Fine, I get it! But what surprised me more was he told me to visit another doctor to do this extraction. I felt that he didn't want to take the risk of doing it, and just washed his hands. Not professional at all; even after booking my appointment at 3pm, got to meet him only at 4:30pm. What's the point in taking the appointment then?
first called clinic receptionist said we are open till 9pm when we visited the clinic it's closed however people are still inside it was only 8:10pm. me and my family coming to this clinic since 7years all i can say BAD WORST customer service. i wish some action can be taken on this such scenario where a patient needs to see a doctor but receptionist doesn't allow. You need to work as per UAE's rules and regulations not by your own wishes, closing the door on your own timings.
