I had a very bad time at Saqr Hospital emergency with my child. The staff did not care and were not kind. They did not help us or respect us. My child was sick and they ignored us. I felt very sad and angry. I will make a complaint to the Health Authority. This hospital should be checked or closed. ni will never go again so bad

Today, I visited Saqr Medical Rep Hospital, and the service provided by Miss Maryam Bin Thabet was excellent. She was very kind and professional in her approach.
The hospital is good and has all the facilities but the staff is so rude and bad. Especially the doctors kept joking around and laughing in emergency where my Dad was in severe pain. They didn't treat him at all and told him to go home and consult a specialist. They gave appointment of specialist in September whereas I visited them in June!!nThe doctor was negligible and chatting with nurses. The male nurse kept poking needles in my Dad's hand because he couldn't find a nerve to insert cannula. They gave my father paracetamol for backbone pain! And told him to go home. My father was not able to sit or walk because of pain. The doctor kept joking about feeding my father hospital food. And kept saying it's noy an emergency and he should consult a specialist. Worst experience! Had to visit private hospital next day to get treated. EHS should take strict action against the non-serious hospital staff. No patient visits in emergency for fun! Help patients rather thank joking around and laugh loudly.
