I recently visited Samaya Specialized Center to get my eyes tested and I was very impressed with my experience. nFrom the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, caring and professional. nThe facility is modern, clean and well-equipped with the latest technology for eye testing. The wait time was minimal and the entire process was smooth and efficient. nThe ophthalmologist who tested my eyes was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. nOverall, I highly recommend Samaya Specialized Center for anyone in need of eye care services.

points for my terrible experience. n1. Scheduling is extremely awful. You will set an appointment and they will call late or never. They will tell you to wait for a call to confirm but you will not get it. So you need to call them again and again before they confirm it with you. n2. They know my insurance coverage from the very start. So they should have not wasted testing my eyes, dilating it several times, countless machine testing if they know the procedure is not covered by my insurance. I wasted time and days, needed to skip work to recover from dilated pupils, suffer with a temporary blurred sight FOR NOTHING. they will just inform you in the end and let you hope for nothing. nIt's obvious and they could have told me from the start so I wont waste anything.

Extremely long waiting times !!!! I have been here for more than one hour and a half and still haven't seen the doctor (Dr Roberto ). This is not the first time this happens . No respect at all for the patient time. Avoid unless no other option is available !
