I had a disappointing experience with this medical center. My primary concern was obtaining a sick leave certificate for my son and a letter for my work, but both requests were not provided. The lack of support and flexibility in addressing these needs was frustrating and unhelpful. I have called almost six times, and every time they just keep saying we will get back to you and that never happens.

Bad experience and they deserve ZERO star also they don't have appointments!! It only first comes first serve!!nI feel like I enter a restaurant not a clinic !nBAD BAD BAD SERVICEnnIn the morning I call them and they inform me that the doctor will come at 2pm, So I went all the way to the clinic, once i arrived to the clinic the receptionist informed me that the doctor will not come!!!!! ???????????nnThey didn't even bother them self to call me or inform me with this information without coming all the way to the clinic !!!!!!nnZero star, zero customer service
