Bad bad badnnI live here for 2 years and I'm not renewing. This building was good but after a lot of people moved in, kids play in corridors day and night sometime at 1:00 am and cause a lot of noise and keep the floors dirty, and security say they can't help you because they're asleep or having lunch. So if you care about calm and tranquility don't come. Also the elevator break a lot and false fire alarms happen every two hours. In the beginning they tell you maintenance is free, but it's a lie, anytime anything breaks you are on your own, and they come late, the staff members are disrespectful and they don't respect your privacy if they visit your home, mostly a security guy would come with them and he would be walking around in your house without permission. The worst thing is electricity was off for two days and a half on July 2 and Mr Altaf who's the building manager said he couldn't help. He not helpful he speak in a very cold way. Kids were crying family had to sleep outside because the weather was very hot in July but he didn't care this incident happens a lot and everytime it happen with a certain block. Feel free to ask my any questions if you consider moving in although I don't recommend it.
Its not bad building but they still need to improve their cleaning services
