The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist (MAYA) was friendly, providing clear instructions and answering all my questions. And to the Nurse, I appreciated the effort they made to ensure I felt comfortable before the procedure. nThe MRI technician was exceptional. They took the time to explain the entire process, which helped ease my anxiety. During the MRI, the technician continually checked in with me, ensuring that I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. Their calm demeanor made a significant difference in my experience. nThe MRI machine itself was modern and well-maintained. The environment was clean and organized, which added to my confidence in the hospital's facilities. The procedure was quick, and I was impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. nOverall, I had a positive experience at RMC for my MRI. The professionalism and kindness of the staff truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable.
