I recently popped into the store for an eye check, even though I already had a prescription from an ophthalmologist in Edinburgh. But I wasn't entirely comfortable with it, so I decided to get a fresh one. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Shubhi was brilliant, really skilled and took her time to make sure everything was spot on. She was dead kind and totally dedicated, giving me all her attention until I was 100% happy with my sharp vision. I absolutely love my new glasses now! Big thanks to Rivoli and a special shout-out to Shubhi--ye did a great job!
