Worst experience ever. Purchased progressive glasses in November 2024 but till now we have not received proper glasses. We have been chasing them for refund as we were finally told that glasses can't be made in chosen frame. It has been more than 2 weeks now that even refund has not been processed. Highly unprofessional service

I had a very good experience at this store. The whole team is courteous and helpful. I walked in just to take a look and I met Medhat who is so good, friendly, understood my needs and I ended up ordering two pairs of glasses. He is knowledgeable and gave me correct advise, as I have very specific needs. Infact he even called me after I picked up my glasses to check if I am satisfied. Even the optometrist, Dr Anjali is very good, efficient and skilled. She took time to review and advise. This was my first experience at Rivoli eyezone and certainly won't be my last. Thanks very much ud83dude4f

Very helpful customer service. Could not thank them enough. Took the time out of their day to fix my glasses when no one else would.
I bought a Chanel glasses, when I wear them home I figure out they felt twisted on the face, I went to change for a new peace and I saw some yellow sand stuck between plastic and the glass. Well my mistake that I should check thoroughly the product, but from the shop why would you sell some expensive products being took care of so poorly!!
