Had a visit to jebel ali branch with a patient having kidney stone with serious agony yet the staff was loose and doesnot have any pity and can't comprehend the Emergency circumstance, we held up 10 minutes at reception since it was time of shift change and on second thought of managing patient , the clerk was counting cash, kindly teach your staff to assist people groups and make an arrangement for the emergency patients for smooth access, me I with willing not recommend any one to visit here, When people are in need, they visit clinics, but you only think about business. It's fine if you make money, but please don't play with people's lives.n,
