I’d like to start with Thanking re-Start and specifically Vanessa for fixing me and my posture. I started going to Restart since May of this year. I’ve had so many problems with my muscle. Back, Neck and shoulders. I was recommended by friend since I’ve been going to a lot of physiotherapy and still no use. I was booked with Vanessa and since then I haven’t changed. The care she gives I’ve never seen.The adjustment and sports massage she gave me improved my daily routine and I sleep much better. She gives me home exercise that I can even do it in the office to help me. I wasted years in the healthcare system while I’ve done it in few sessions. God works in Mysterious ways. I’m always grateful to you Vanessa. I really appreciate everything you did for me.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services at Restart Wellness, and I must say it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I went through six deep tissue massage sessions with therapist Manuel, and let me tell you, he tore me up during every session—but it was exactly what my body needed! The deep tissue work was intense, but Manuel’s expertise made all the difference in my recovery. My body feels rejuvenated, and the progress I’ve seen is truly remarkable.nnIn addition to the massages, I also tried a floating session and four leg compression sessions, which were the perfect complement to the massage therapy. The floating session was incredibly relaxing, and the leg compression sessions helped immensely with circulation and recovery.nnThe professionalism of the entire Restart Wellness team is also worth noting. Scheduling was a breeze, and they kept me on track with timely reminders for every session.nnOverall, the care, attention to detail, and the results I experienced make Restart Wellness a solid 10/10.
