Very efficient, communication before the appointment is very good, appointments run on time and the staff are happy and helpful.
I had a very bad experience from a to z. Booking an appointment was a hassle as they kept on saying they will call me back to let me know the slots available... then I had to go over the ultrasound twice as the nurse who 1st did it seems unsure of what she was doing, she then asked a doctor to come over and he did it all over again... when I was finally done and paid, they could not give me an invoice and said they will send it later. Its been 5 days and despite all my follow up I'm still without an invoice and unable to claim it to my insurance. As for receiving the images and report, same hassle ...
This was my first time at this clinic. I had a very pleasant call from the receptionist at around 12:30 and I was in for my MRI at 14:00. Greeted really warm and friendly and all the staff I interacted with made me feel very relaxed. The MRI was the best I’ve had. Professional and efficient and best of all I was able to choose a film to watch during the procedure. It’s fantastic as it takes your mind off what is going on. Thank you team. Great job!
So professional team , perfect hospitality and all staff cooperative and smiling ,,,, finish my MRI at short time, so thankful for mrs Regine and all staff… highly recommended
