My experience with Dr Renuka pal was really good. She is very polite and excellent knowledge about diet management. I am so happy that I have almost achieved my target. She makes you eat more and still lose weight. Overall she is best in her work &ndietitian in Mira Road.

Renuka is really a good dietician in mira road. She provides diet which is not just for losing inches but also as per your health concerns. I could see a visible difference within 1 month of following the diet and I started getting compliments as well from the people who did not know that I was following any diet. If you follow the diet plans well you will definitely see a visible result. She provides effective and tasty diet options. You do not have to starve to loose inches. I definitely recommend visiting her.

I have just started 20 days ago and have already lost approx 4 kgs with Renuka's diet plan. I have thyroid which makes it difficult for me to lose weight and have tried many plans before which were possible for the time period, however, were next to impossible to inculcate in my daily routine which made me gain weight as soon as I stopped following it. The best thing about Renuka is, she gives you recipes and a plan which includes your everyday household ingredients and recipes which you can easily adapt to and they are TASTY! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for healthier lifestyle! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
