Treatment cost - must have same MRN no. and signed by the doctor with Hospital stamp and attested by Sharjah Health Authority, if in Dubai then by DHA.nc. Valid Passport, Visa and EIDs for you and all families must be six months validity.nd. Marriage Certificate- if treatment for a child or wife.ne. Copy of Medical Insurance.nf. Salary Certificates for all working family members.ng. Bank Statement 6 months + family members if workingnh. Debt approvals if any.ni. A Valid Sharjah Tenancy Contract and Electricity last bill.nj. Acknowledgement letter if no work.nk. Declaration Letter if no bank accounts for wife or adult children.n3. Go to the counter they will verify the documents and if all are in above order they will ask you to procced inside counter for registration you must go with original Emirates ID and valid mobile no.n4. after registration you ill receive a reference no on our mobile. and they will return your documents.(Centre work done)n5. create an account on Emirates Red Crescent website.n6. you need to upload the document online maximum 15MB in three folder (5MB each?).n7. if you are unable to do your self, please visit the typing Centre near the Emirates Red Crescent next building on your right sight they will upload your documents you need to pay AED 50.nn*The above is based on my experience and guidance for people like me who are in distress.
