One of the best towers in Ajman and society is very good that majority of the people are highly educated working, in Ajman university Moreover, it's very clean and big size flats.

One of the oldest and best place to live in Ajman with high security. There is issue of parking as there was no allotment of parking space when it was constructed. For family it is very good as Nesto is nearby, safeermall and union. And for people working in dubai this is at the start of Ajman.

Overall good tower, security,park,Nesto,Union near by, but No alloted parking due to very few parking space available around building..Management should make alternate arrangement for parking. Also cooling bill is high..
Towers and rooms are good. But parking is a big issue. You wont get parking near by even if you are willing to pay.
