From every visit, they demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. Their welcoming attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to assist make patients feel comfortable. They manage appointments and inquiries smoothly, they are so nice and patient and a reassuring smile. Their consistency in providing excellent service truly makes a difference in the overall . I had an excellent experience at American Hospital Dubai, particularly in the Infusion Center. Special thanks to Mrs. Rafaela Infante, who is truly one of the most attentive, professional, and kind nurses I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, she walked me through every step of the process with exceptional diligence, care, and clarity. What truly sets her apart is not only her professionalism, but her consistently positive attitude and genuine kindness, which made the entire experience reassuring and comfortable. For my IVIG treatment, I was accommodated in a private, very spacious room equipped with all the amenities and offering amazing views — a detail that made a significant difference in overall comfort specially when your treatment takes hours!! 😅 A truly heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Rafaela for such outstanding care 🥰

I would like to share my experience during my stay at the American Hospital, on the 6th floor (6 North). It was truly a wonderful experience. The Drs were amazing and The nursing staff were outstanding — extremely kind, professional, and always available whenever I needed anything. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. Their compassion and dedication really made a difference in my recovery. Even their head nurse was always checking on my in the morning and daily rounds , Thank you to the entire nursing team for their amazing care. Thanks 6th North again and thanks for their manager for the excellent support.

Thanks to Dr. Ausama and Nurse Glory. I had nasal surgery with Dr. Ausama Alaani, he is good enough. The Surgery used new technology (biodegradable packing with a ventilation tube in the middle), and my nose remained open (with a small amount of air) after the surgery. After 7 days, I experienced unprecedented smoothness. Thanks Doctor and AHD.
