The way how to handling patient is not good.. The staff keep talking and rounding only, most of them, they are not assisting the patient. Most of the nurses are lazy..

Best Hopital In Ras Al Khaimah, ther hospitality for the visitors is realy Good.
Lazy customer service on the phone that if they answer from first try, they say they'llcall back but they don't....WhatsApp never works... although I have an appointment ... It's always late to take me in ... I understand 5 to 10 minutes of delay but waiting for 30 to 45 minutes?? That's very bad
